Nike's HTM Flyknit series was officially launched during the Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan this week. The limited edition line offers the FlyKnit hallmarks: the fit, breathability and flexibility of a sock.
The three shoe line was developed by stylist Hiroshi Fujiwara, Nike Vice President of Creative Design Tinker Hatfield, and Nike CEO Mark Parker, and features intricate and unique colorways made possible by the knit process: yarns of varying hues are blended to create a heathered effect, while other features are accented in bold solids.
The HTM's high-performance counterpart, the FlyKnit Racer, will adorn the feet of Olympic marathoners in London.
