Air Aroma has managed to bottle the elusive "new Mac smell," creating a one-off perfume that captures the "scent emitted from the box" when you open your new laptop for the first time. Having analyzed everything from the Mac itself, right down to the packaging elements, the company's lab promises a scent recalling "a mixture of ink, paper, foam, sticky tape, and the Macbook, with a hint of glue smell." The "virtually identical" result came together by combining natural notes of leather, lily flower, plastic film, cold metal and musk. Though the tech-cologne is currently serving as an art installation, Air Aroma is hoping to find distribution.
